GROUP STUDY - 2:42- takes its name from Acts 2:42 which says of the early church, "They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers." These small groups meet regularly for Bible study and prayer. In most groups, there is an opening prayer, some kind of opening activity (often it's singing or an ice-breaker question), a Bible study discussion, time for catching up with one another, sharing of prayer requests, and prayer.
